Background

The project had initially began a few months before my time, but there were various problems with the user journeys and the client was worried.

Along another UX designer, we worked closely with the client to ensure their needs were met.

In order to meet the tight deadline, we shared wireframes and user journeys frequently and maintained a tight feedback loop throughout the duration of the project.
